The wondering is over.
Ahhhhhh...... Big sigh of relief....
Brilliant, wonderful, kick ass Papa Echo found a great job as a management consultant for an Australian company. His first project will be in Canada and will last for about a year. They will fly him home on the weekends.
While it will be a HUGE adjustment to not have him here all the time, there are many great benefits that I am choosing to focus on...
- A paycheck!!!
- The company will fly him not only home, but anywhere that has a lesser than or equal to airfare. Therefore... wherever the kids and I go, he will just fly there. Let's say, for example, I had a friend that the kids and I went to visit. He would fly there and then back to work. It would work really well, if I had someone to stay with... hint, hint, hint.
- The kids are excited to get passports because of course we have to go visit him in Canada this summer.
- Did I mention, I'm excited about the paycheck?
Way to go Papa Echo!!!

Congratulations!! Good luck with your solo parenting, I know you'll do a great job. And that's wonderful that you don't have to flat out quit your job.
Also, I hear Maryland is nice. And has many airports nearby.
That is so awesome! I don't know who you were hinting to... but I know an Arizona friend that would love to have you all come visit! I'm so happy your out of the limbo!
