Bragging Time Again

Both girls are in something called "extended studies" at their Elementary School. Once a week they go to a special class for the "gifted and talented". Next year, the school district decided to set up an all day class for 4th and 5th grade extended studies students. They picked 28 students from a hat and there were 192 that could apply.

Toothless

Today was the BIG day. Jonathan (finally) lost a tooth. He has been waiting a LONG time for this day to come.

My little guy is growing up. I told him that I needed to have a talk with his teacher. I sent him to school with all his teeth and he came home with one missing.

He just giggled. At least he didn't roll his eyes. That will be next year when he's a big second grader.
